For Kindergarten student please call the Annex to make an appointment. Grades 1-5 should call the main building to make an appointment with Linda Courtney or email [email protected]. You may register children in multiple schools and grades at one time. BRING YOUR IDENTIFICATION WITH YOU when you come to register.

If your child will be entering Kindergarten next September please apply to kindergarten first. Once the applicaiotn process is complete you will receive a letter of acceptance to our school. You wil then be contacted by our school in the form of a letter which will give you detailed information on how to register your child. Due to space constraints PS 94Q will ONLY admit zoned children.
If you are Planning to travel and your child will miss school more than 5 days YOU must notify the school. Print out ad complete an "Intent to Travel" form complete it and send it in to your child's teacher along with proof of travel such as plane tickets or travel documents. Download the form here.
If you are moving out of the area and switching schools, you must send in a notice of "Intent to Move". This tells us where and when you will be switching schools and where to send your child's records. Without this form we can not forward information to your new school The form is available here.
